This February has been unusually bad for photography. February is normally not a busy month, but now we’re already on the second half of it and the only pictures I have are from the zoo. It’s a combination of lack of snowfall and windy weather that spoils the scenery, there’s nothing inspirational as far as the eye can see. But it’s finally snowing today, although it’s not doing a lot of good because the wind is still blowing, so the trees are not getting the decoration I so badly need. But I took some snaps anyway, so in the coming years when I’m wondering why I don’t have any landscape pictures from February, I’ll remember.

More snow is forecast for Sunday. Do I dare to hope that the trees will finally look pretty?
