Running

I’m trying to get started with running again. I have an awful tendency to find excuses not to – like last year, my knee was sore. Well, it was. It wouldn’t have killed me though.

Anyway, I’ve discovered that running has its benefits. For one thing, it’s over soon – when it comes to physical activity after work, I will rather spend 30 minutes on running than 60 minutes on walking. Secondly… well, can’t think of anything. I guess it takes some time before running gives me enough endorphins to actually look forward to doing it. But supposedly it’s good for me, so I’ll try to keep at it.
