It was the warmest day of the year so far and I decided to start the cycling season. I thought I would take it slow and easy, no need to break any records. Then I had the brilliant (and by brilliant I mean, not really) idea to take a small gravel road and it turned out that there was some icy snow left and most of the snow free parts were soft. So yes, it was slow for sure but whether it was easy or not, can be debated.

But regardless, a very nice trip. The weather is going to turn colder tomorrow so it will be a while until I get on the bike again, but I’m sure there will be plenty of cycling in the summer!
