It feels like it’s been cloudy for ages, so it really was a welcome sight to see the stars again. And now that there were no clouds to obscure the light, it was very evident that the days are indeed getting longer. It wasn’t all dark in the morning when I drove to work, and it wasn’t all dark when I got home. It’s very cold though as it usually is when it’s clear. But I didn’t even feel the -20°C when I was out shooting, it was only the tripod feet which started to freeze. I could say that I was wearing the right clothes but I think I was just too excited about the starry sky to notice the cold!
