The weather is much cooler now and it doesn’t look like the snow has melted very much on Anåfjället. The river is also past its peak, the water level sank a bit and has been holding steady for a couple of days.

Yesterday I visited Livsäterån. There’s no ice, but the creek is lined with snow in varying degrees and above the tree line, the shallow ravine is completely filled with snow. Even the trail leading to Livsäterån (the trail from Hållan) still has so much snow on it, that I could as well have been skiing. By the tracks I saw, it looks like somebody actually did ski not so long ago!
