Would you believe, it’s still cold and raining. We visited Svedbovallen in Harsa, I love that place, just a pity that nobody wanted to stay for longer in this weather so I didn’t get a chance to shoot anything really.

I just have to say this – if you’ve never tasted Swedish ”ostkaka” (I would otherwise translate it as cheesecake, but it’s not cheesecake) then you’ve gotta try it sometimes (preferably freshly made). Flippin’ awesome, I don’t know why I’ve waited this long until I’ve tasted it, but now it’s my favourite dessert by a mile!
