Small fall

I’m feeling really lazy. I mean, really really lazy. I just want to sit in the recliner and drink coffee and eat things that will make me fat. So I’ve been doing things on the computer and put together my first slideshow in Lightroom and published it on Youtube. The soundtrack is the wind in the chimney at Helags, it was actually Staffan’s idea but since he didn’t use his idea, I thought I might.

In the afternoon I finally heaved my butt out the door, and noticed that a cold wind was blowing and hated it. I’m pretty much done with cold winds by now! But I needed to take my 365 so I went down to the brook to check if I could find something to snap, I didn’t care what it was, just wanted to get it done. And surprise, I did actually end up spending some effort on the picture when I found this tiny little waterfall.

The small pack that I got for the small camera is turning out to be quite practical. Last year I bought a small tripod that I thought I could use as a weight-saver with the big camera, but it wasn’t a good combination so I all but abandoned the tripod until this skiing trip when I needed a light support. I was pleased to notice that the small tripod and small camera go well together, so now I have the small tripod strapped to the small backpack that holds the small camera with two small lenses. The whole package weighs just under 3 kg, so it’s easy to take with me everywhere and I’m ready for almost any opportunity!
