It had been snowing at night and the snowfall continued all day. I looked out the window frequently as the landscape just kept getting better and better. And then suddenly there were horses in it.
I knew there are horses in Ljusnedal but normally you never see them so I never thought about it. Until today when they had escaped their enclosure and came over to us to graze on the lawn. They were very friendly, they came to greet me, walked about a bit while I took some pictures, and then trotted off to the neighbour’s house. I’ve seen chicken, rabbits, foxes, roe deer and cows roam free around the house, but this is a first with horses!
