Well this is what happens when I try to process my pictures in a hurry in between packing my things for the move (on Saturday)… I just noticed that I had some pictures which I had taken after midnight and thus they ended up in the 2015-05-22 folder, while the actual last day of shooting in Greenland was the 21st (so I thought yesterday’s post was the last Greenland post). And this new sunset picture here is genuinely the last picture from Greenland. Well apart from those I took from the plane. Thru a murky dirty window.
The flight from Kangerlussuaq to Copenhagen was delayed by over an hour, not because of our plane but because one of the local connecting flights was delayed. That’s the benefit with small scale flying – the international flight waits in all the connecting flights so nobody will miss their only chance of the day to get to CPH.
It was cloudy over the Atlantic, again, but miraculously Iceland was not covered. So I got to see more of the Icelandic wonders and I kinda want to go back there. As for Greenland, I’m happy – I’ve always wanted to visit Greenland and now I’ve done it. 🙂
