Boring day at home, after yesterday’s memorable trip to Hornslandet. I went for a walk and noticed that I had a chance of shooting one barn which I’ve always looked at from the distance but haven’t checked out closer because the field around it is normally fenced off and I don’t want to climb over fences, even when there are no animals on the pasture. But this time there was a gap in the fence which I considered an open invitation and found that this barn was a bit low… either it’s sunken in the ground or then it’s built by midgets. Either way, I now have a fresh entry in my ”old barns of Föne” collection!

There’s a ”road” that follows the southern side of the lake in Föne. There are some spots which are always a bit muddy so you have to go around them, but during high water these mud pits get completely flooded. This year they put down some logs so you can get over the mud, but with this much water, those logs didn’t look so useful!
