After a very warm March which almost got me thinking that we’d have no snow left for Easter, we now have winter again. I woke up to a white landscape, even the trees were decorated! But even if the thermometer insisted that it was below freezing, the intense April sun only needed half a chance and the snow started dripping off while the clouds still dominated the sky.
I was out on snowshoes today and I think it was the right choice. The snow was very sticky, and I don’t like skiing when it’s like that. I mean, it’s not even skiing when the snow just sticks on the ski. The night will be very cold though so the morning hours will provide great conditions, there will be skiing this Easter!
